Back to Reality

After 1 week of work, reality has already set in. Waking up at 5:45am every day is not a fun thing, but the benefits of doing so are far greater than enjoying another episode of "Young & the Restless". Getting back on a set schedule is going to be hard at first, but I have started to workout again so I can maintain a solid level of energy to survive. Plus 3 Vegas trips & Cabo might are also motivating me to workout as well.

My new office is like a mirror of my old one, but smaller. The way this company is set up is for me to be extremely successful. With my previous experience, this job is PERFECT for me. I am aiming high for my financial goals this year. My office is actually really fun as well. There is an office dog, they have a weight bench, dumbells as well as a punching bag incase you get pissed off. I can wear jeans, a hoody and a backwards cub hat daily which makes things easy on the 10 hour days.

Baseball season is coming up so quick and I can't be anymore pumped. Sure, its the Cubs and all (This is the year!!) but when baseball starts it means summer is close. The image in my head of drinking beers in the bleachers, getting tan and being with fun people needs to become a reality soon. I didn't have much of a baseball season last year being in Vegas, so I have a lot of games to catch up on this year! However since I just started a new job, I will not be asking off for opening day. So I have 2 bleacher tickets available if anyone wants to buy them.

Overall, I am extremely happy with how things have fallen into place recently. I can't wait to see what else 2010 has to offer!
